Working with our clients, we identify potential areas of tax non-compliance or potential areas of tax controversy based on emerging trends, regulatory changes or emerging
tax jurisprudence. We will work with you to fix these areas of non-compliance and if need be, undertake voluntary tax disclosure programs.

However, in the unfortunate event where these areas turn out into tax disputes, we support our clients through the tax audit process ensuring as much issues as possible are resolved at the early stages. Where this is not concluded, we assist our clients in objecting to any tax demands or applying for review of the tax decisions issued by the Revenue Authority.

Our qualified Advocates who are seasoned in tax litigation also represent our clients in the Tax Appeals Tribunal as well as the High Court of Kenya, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, in the event that these disputes turn out to be matters of public interest.
